Simple instructions for use

Before session: Use the included USB cable and charge the mask for 2 hours before use, then unplug.
Step 1: Prepare the skin with a daily moisturizer or serum of your choice before use.
Step 2: Turn on the mask by holding the power button for 3 seconds.
Step 3: Quickly press the power button to switch between the 7 color light modes.
Step 4: Select the desired light mode and place the mask on your face.
Step 5: Make sure the earplugs are behind the ears and the nosepiece rests comfortably on the bridge of the nose.
Step 6: Let the LED light penetrate your skin for about 10 to 20 minutes.
Step 7: Remove the mask and turn it off by holding the power button for 3 seconds.
Step 8: Repeat! For best results, daily use is recommended.
